Front-end development and branded design

Sites I build are responsive and follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Below are examples of sites I designed and coded. I used custom JavaScript and CSS to modify sites built with the client's event registration system (etouches and SignUp4) to function as needed while adhering to a corporate style guide and brand.

Summer Steps Contest

Need

Client required a simple branded form to track weekly steps for a month-long contest for small businesses. The site needed to calculate average weekly steps and produce reports sorted by winning step counts.

Solution

Using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, I created a branded entry form unique to each user and weekly emails that integrated into the sponsor's event registration system. I generated and edited emails and created reports accessible via a report portal.

Webinar Registration

Need

Client required a responsive, accessible registration website that persuaded brokers to attend a webinar. Information needed to be maximized for browsing and design needed to amplify corporate brand.

Solution

I designed and coded a branded website in concordance with the client’s corporate style guide and messaging. I created and edited invitation and reminder emails which were sent throughout the life-cycle of the event.

Open Enrollment Request Site

Need

Client required an informational site and entry form that categorized agencies by location and capped registration during a two-month enrollment period. All registrations and any subsequent changes needed to be communicated clearly and in real time to six different health plans.

Solution

I designed and coded a responsive and accessible four-page website, including informational pages and registration form. Custom scripts were created to integrate with the sponsor's event registration system, which streamlined reports while still separating agencies into categories. The scripts also provided a way to clearly tag all registrations changes via notifications pushed to registrants and health plans.
